“Staff was terrible. They mixed up my reservation and wouldn't listen when I tried to explain they were giving me the wrong room as they'd mixed up my name with a similar one. They tried to charge me for the room, even though I pre-paid, and they didn't explain anything about the little cards they put in with my key. Still have no idea what they were all for.”

“Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. The room had a strong musty smell that bothered my allergies. The listing photos were also misleading, as they made it appear that the room was part of the shared kitchen/home shown, when that area was actually a separate rental. We tried contacting the host about our concerns but received no response. Overall, the accommodation was not what we expected from the listing.”
